Welcome to The Purpose of God Annex and Outreach Center 

OUR MISSION:  To empower and expand opportunities for all children, including disadvantaged and at risk youth; adults; and families by providing affordable programs and services that improve their overall well being, functioning, and quality of life through participation in programs that promote educational, pre-employment, vocational, personal, spiritual, athletic, cultural enrichment and development.

      Most of the children we serve are at risk of dropping out of school and lack social skills.  For a variety of reasons, parents are unable to afford the expense of other structured, supervised programs. The Purpose of God Annex Outreach

Center is striving to fill this gap without duplicating the services provided by other area programs.

Our Founders and Providers

      The program’s founders are Bishop Samuel Jones, Jr. and Mother Regina Jones. The co-founder is Assistant Pastor Elder Harold Gardner III. The community has embraced us in this effort and has provided consumables and some limited operating funds, in addition to some funding received from The United Way and Juvenile Crime Prevention Council.  Serving Beaufort, Martin and Pitt counties, The Purpose of God Annex Outreach Center has been in existence since May 3, 1999.
